Helen Gibson
Physiotherapist

APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist B.Physio, M.Physio (Manips)

As a physio with over 35 years treating an enormous variety of injuries I understand that every patient is different so every treatment plan has to be different. I use my extensive experience and clinical reasoning skills to develop a very personalised treatment/ rehabilitation plan for each patient. I use manual therapy as both an examination and treatment tool as I believe that helps me get a much better understanding of a patients problem. As an active athlete I also understand how challenging it is to recover from injuries. Witnessing my patients regain mobility and overcome pain is immensely rewarding and this is what has kept me working in my field for so many years.
