Daniella Ehrlich Pilates
Daniella Ehrlich recently returned to Australia after living in New York, Wales and London for 10 years. As an opera singer, she found pilates helped her in many ways. It strengthened her core muscles which enabled her to increase her breath control. She also managed to keep toned and fit through her pilates practise, and discovered that she could also help others to achieve results they were looking for.
After completing her Pilates studies with Michael King’s Pilates Institute in London and Stott in New York, working alongside physios and chiros, she set up her own equipment studio in London. She worked with a range of clientele, from pre and post natal women, cancer patients, professional soccer players, pregnant ladies, teen ballerinas, and many performers such as opera singers, actors and dancers.
Daniella’s competitive swimming and dance background has helped her to understand the human body and how it works. Her patience and sense of fun allow her to communicate at all levels. She is excited to be practising in Sydney after many years away.

About Tali Phillips
Tali first began practising Pilates as a form of exercise over 6 years ago while working full-time in the corporate world. It was through this that she discovered the joys of this type of movement, walking out of every class feeling taller and more balanced along with noticing an increase in strength around her joints and overall flexibility. A true passion for Pilates was born and she is now a STOTT certified Pilates Instructor.
Her 1:1 and small group pilates teaching is characterized by attention to detail, variety and customization of each workout. When you attend Tali’s group Reformer classes, you’ll enjoy her lightness, her humour and her ability to make working hard so much fun.
While always a stickler for technique, Tali aims to have her clients enjoy their Pilates sessions while achieving their goals and getting the workout they desire.
