Zoë Prohasky is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Sports Dietitian and Nutrition Consultant. She has extensive experience across a variety of clinical and health promotion areas, having worked in the UK and Melbourne before moving to Sydney in 2006. Zoë has been a member of Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA) since 2000 and is a board member for Sports Dietitians Australia (SDA), she also meets the criteria for the Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) program.

Zoë enjoys all aspects of nutrition, and is particularly passionate about sports nutrition as well as having a keen interest in diabetes and weight management. She enjoys consulting with individual clients, assisting them reach and maintain their goals. Zoë is involved in a number of industry bodies aimed at educating and encouraging the use of dietetic skills in these areas.

Emilie is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Sports Dietitian, graduating from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Science, achieving First Class Honours in her nutrition major. In addition to her association with Nutrition Lab, Emilie holds the position of being a Paediatric Dietitian at Westmead Children’s Hospital.

Emilie has also committed herself to ongoing professional development, completing the Certificate of Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne and commencing study as part of the International Olympic Committee Diploma of Sports Nutrition in 2009. She has since gained professional experience in the areas of clinical paediatric dietetics, general clinical dietetics and sports nutrition, with an employment history that includes Royal Darwin Hospital and Sydney Children’s Hospital. Emilie is an active member of both the Dietitians Associations of Australia and Sports Dietitians Australia, maintaining the professional standards of both these organisations in her practice.
