Zac Moukaddem qualified from the Australasian college of Natural therapies in Brisbane, with a Diploma in Remedial Massage.  He has also been certified with both a certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and Personal Training from the Institute Of Fitness, Brisbane; as well a 3rd Dan Black belt in Mixed Martial Arts Zac has worked with elite athletes’, and is currently working with the Penrith Panthers and Parramatta Eels NRL team as a remedial therapist massaging the player’s pre and post game / injury.

His personal training abilities have accredited him with an extra modality of rehabilitation, strengthening of injury and post surgical operations.  Whilst living in Queensland, Zac has trained up many young athletes for events such as the Brisbane to Gold Coast marathon, half marathons as well as working in Livit Gym Health club assisting in weight loss and strengthening exercises.

Zac has come from a corporate background holding a degree in Network Engineering. Previously working in an office environment for over 6 years, he has visibly acknowledged firsthand the disorders and postural’s dysfunctions office work can create to one’s health.  Creating an ergonomic working environment he has utilized his extensive experience in treating corporate’s, postural syndrome.  

His techniques are widely spread within the massage therapeutic practice. These include sports, remedial, deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point therapy to name a few. Zac’s belief is that what makes a great massage therapist is one which continues to develop on their educational and practical knowledge via regular courses and certifications. Currently Zac will be attending a conference course in 2011 within Australia to complete many accreditations. This will enable him to help people through the expansion of his skills.
