Come and join the Sports Lab Running Club…
With autumn around the corner and temperatures soon about to cool, Sydney running season is almost upon us.
With the abundant running events that the running season brings, Sports Lab is this year launching a weekly running club to help you achieve your running goals – whether that be to complete your first 10km fun run, or achieve a personal best over the half-marathon distance.
Based out of our Alexandria clinic and beginning in early March, the Sports Lab Run Club will meet every Thursday at 6.20am for a 30-40 minute run.
Participation will be free, we just ask that you come in to one of our clinics for a running assessment, injury screen and discussion about your running goals so that you can get the most out of your involvement in the club.

Physiotherapy at Sports Lab also offers the opportunity for our unique integrated assessment and treatment system. In this system, patients have the option to be assessed (at the same time) by Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Muscle Therapy and Podiatry, in the one extra long session. Treatment is then based on consensus between therapists for the optimal result.
